Description: Join me for this 2 day, 1 night retreat and walk away recharged and connected to a clarified vision and tangible plan of action for tackling your biggest frustration, worry, or stress in life. There is power in stepping away, just for a moment, to experience total immersion in and focus on yourself! You will draw upon this experience for months to come. You will find support and guidance to gain confidence in naming your struggles, participate in important exercises to address and revise our story around those struggles, and experience in-depth conversations to keep you going beyond the retreat! This retreat is designed for women who:
Want to stop feeling stressed and tired 24/7 so they show up fully engaged in life
Are ready to take action so they can make themselves a priority
Desire guidance and support to kickstart or restart a more intentional way of living
Want to step into a time for reflection and (re)vision work on what matters most
Built around the ideas of writing to learn and self-care as a practice for better health, join Shana and a small group of women in a picturesque retreat space nestled in the beautiful NC mountains. We will work to align the mind and body through individual and group activities grounded upon your best resource: YOU! Planned with time for internal work and relaxation, this retreat promises to be the “me” time you’ve been needing and so deserve!
