WEEK 10

The goal this week is to begin finding new ways to move your body in order to bring awareness and attention to areas of tension. Yoga is a great way to enter into this part of your self-care practice. I love Yoga with Adriene as she meets many people right where they are. I expect you to listen to your own body, though, and only go as far as it wants you to. Yoga is not about going to your extreme, but more so about going within and listening to what your body has to say, much like our body scan work. This chair routine is a great one to get your lower and upper body awake as well as gain mobility in joints that become stiff as we stop using them, age, etc. Please share how this goes for you!
